TCP Connection Statistics - G2

Description

Monitors the TCP connection statistics like tcp active opens, tcp passive opens, tcp failure attempts, tcp establish resets and tcp current establishments. Can be applied on devices to check the TCP connection statistics.

TCP Statistics	tcp.active.opens	TCP Active Opens		The number of times that TCP connections have made a direct transition to the SYN-SENT state from the CLOSED state.
	tcp.attempt.fails	TCP Attempt Fails		The number of times that TCP connections have made a direct transition to the CLOSED state from either the SYN-SENT state or the SYN-RCVD state, plus the number of times that TCP connections have made a direct transition to the LISTEN state from the SYN-RCVD state.
	tcp.current.established.conn	TCP Current Established Connections		The number of TCP connections for which the current state is either ESTABLISHED or CLOSE-WAIT.
	tcp.established.resets	TCP Established Resets		The number of TCP connections for which the current state is either ESTABLISHED or CLOSE-WAIT.
	tcp.passive.opens	TCP Passive Opens		The number of times TCP connections have made a direct transition to the SYN-RCVD state from the LISTEN state.
	tcp.errors.in	TCP Errors In	psec	The total number of segments received in error (e.g., bad TCP checksums).
	tcp.segments.in	TCP Segments In	psec	The total number of segments received, including those received in error. This count includes segments received on currently established connections.
	tcp.segments.retrans	TCP Retransmitted Segments		The delta of segments retransmitted; that is, the delta of TCP segments transmitted containing one or more previously transmitted octets.
