The following are the key specifications and configuration parameters of the Executive Summary app:

  • Description: The app provides a monthly summary of asset details, alerts, and incidents. This app will help an IT Operations executive in charge of a large enterprise’s infrastructure operations.
  • Configuration Parameters:
    • Select Client: You can select a single client from the dropdown list. Only selected client data will get into the report.
    • Analysis Period: Select “Last Month” for the analysis periods. Only data from the last one month’s report can be generated.
    • Formats: Reports will be generated in PDF and XLSX formats.
  • Supported users accounts: Partner/Client Level.
