Your ability to delete a first response policy depends on the client you have selected.
- If you do not have a client selected, you can delete partner-level policies.
- If you have a client selected, you can delete client-level policies for the selected client.
- Go to Setup > Alerts > First Response.
- Select the checkbox for the policy and click Remove.
- Click Yes in the confirmation window.
The policy is removed from the First Response Policies List.
