You can enable or disable alert problem area policies from the Alert Problem Area Policies page.

  1. Go to Setup > Alerts > Alert Problem Area to display the list of defined alert problem area policies.

    The default view of the Alert Problem Area Policies page shows alert problem area policies created at the partner-level policy scope.

    If you want to enable or disable a policy created at the client-level policy scope, select the client in the client list.

  2. In the Mode column, toggle the switch ON or OFF to enable or disable the policy.

  3. Click Yes to the confirmation message.
