You can enable or disable alert enrichment policies from the Alert Enrichment Policies page.
Go to Setup > Alerts > Alert Enrichment to display the list of defined alert enrichment policies.
The default view of the Alert Enrichment Policies page shows alert enrichment policies created at the partner-level policy scope.
If you want to enable or disable a policy created at the client-level policy scope, select the client in the client list.
In the Mode column, toggle the switch ON or OFF to enable or disable the policy.
Click Yes to the confirmation message.
