You can edit an alert enrichment policy when you view the alert enrichment policy details.

  1. Go to Setup > Alerts > Alert Enrichment to display the list of defined alert enrichment policies.

    The default view of the Alert Enrichment Policies page shows alert enrichment policies created at the partner-level policy scope.

    If you want to edit a policy created at the client-level policy scope, select the client in the client list.

  2. Click the Policy Name of the policy you want to edit to view the enrichment policy details:

  3. Click Edit to make changes to the policy.

  4. Follow the same steps you used to create the policy, editing the fields you want to change.

  5. Click Save to save the changes.
