Shows logs correlated to the service, so you can pivot from a trace to the log lines around the same time and resources.
Get here: Service Overview → Logs tab; and from a trace via View Related Logs (Trace Detail header) or a span’s Related Resources → Logs.
What it shows
The log stream filtered to the service (and, from a trace, aligned to the trace’s time window and resources). If the selected trace time range is outside the log retention window, the range is auto‑adjusted to the available window.
Data source: the OpsRamp logs system.
How to use it
- From a failing span, open Related Resources → Logs (or View Related Logs on the trace) to read the log lines for that pod/time.
- Confirm the exception/message seen in the span’s events against the logs.
