Shows alerts raised on the service to connect a trace investigation to active incidents.

Get here: Service Overview → Alerts tab.

What it shows

A list of the service’s alerts (id, current state, severity, and timing). The panel shows the latest 50 alerts.

Data source: the OpsRamp alerts system (correlated to the service’s resources).

How to use it

1. While investigating a latency/error spike, open Alerts to see if an alert already fired for the same window.
2. From a span’s Related Resources, you can also jump to that resource’s Alerts — see Span Details and Attributes.
