To find alerts that have specific attributes, view alert using attribute filtering.

  1. From All Clients, select a client.
  2. Select Alerts > Manage Views.
  3. Click Add and select the required attribute.
  4. Click Apply for a one time view of the filtered alerts.
  5. To save the view, click Save.

To apply a filter filter for alerts that trigger when the resource state transitions to down:

  1. Select Special Attributes > Availability.
  2. Click Apply.
