Risks, Limitations and Assumptions

• App can handle Critical/Recovery failure notifications for the following two cases when user enables App Failure Notifications in configuration.
  • Connectivity Exception
  • Authentication Exception
• The application sends duplicate failure alert notifications every six hours.
• The application does not control monitoring pause or resume actions based on these alerts.
• The metrics monitor Microsoft SCVMM resources and generate alerts based on threshold values.
• The option to get the latest snapshot metric requires a minimum supported version of nextgen‑14.0.0.
• Full discovery support requires gateway version 15.0.0 or above.
• The application does not support Cluster Gateway.
