Introduction

Standard reports can be viewed and managed after creation.

Viewing standard reports

The standard reports display the following information as displayed in the table below.

Standard Report
AttributeDescription
Schedule NameName of the report
DownloadTo download the report in CSV format
Client NameThe name of the selected client
Created ByAuthor of the report
ScheduleThe selected time frame to generate a report
ActionThe Run Now action is available only for reports with On-Demand schedule
StatusDisplays the status of the report. A report can appear in one of the below four states.
  • In-queue - The report is waiting to be processed
  • In Progress - The report is processed
  • Completed - The report was generated successfully
  • Failed - The report was not generated. You can contact the OpsRamp Customer Support team for further clarification.
Last RunThe time and date of the recently generated report
SubscribeTo receive the reports as a downloadable link via email

Editing standard reports

The edit functionality in the Standard report allows you to modify the existing report details.

To modify a report:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. From the left pane, click Standard.
    All configured Standard reports are displayed.
  3. Click Edit icon for the desired report in the Schedule Name column.
    The Scheduled Report page for the selected report is displayed.
  4. You can make the desired modifications in the existing details.
  5. Click Update.

Deleting standard reports

You can delete any existing standard reports from the Standards reports page.

To delete a report:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. From the left pane, click Standards.
    All configured standard reports are displayed.
  3. Select a desired report from the list of reports.
  4. Click DELETE.
    A confirmation message is displayed.
  5. Click Yes to continue.
